Qube is Australia’s largest integrated provider of import and export logistics services with national operations that provide a broad range of services.
The Ports & Bulk division has diversified operations from Port Hedland in the west, where they stockpile and load iron ore for export markets, through to Port Kembla in the east where they handle motor vehicles, heavy machinery and project cargoes. Qube Bulk currently handles more than 20 million tonnes per annum of bulk products.
Operating throughout so many locations and across such a broad mix of industries, Qube required a payload management solution to help achieve the best possible performance out of their fleet of front end loaders. They turned to SITECH WA and our range of Trimble Loadrite products to best monitor and track their fleet which resulted in the installation of 20+ standard and LFT L2180 systems. This month Qube Ports & Bulk take ownership of 6 more Liebherr Wheel Loaders all fitted with Loadrite L2180 Payload systems.
Qube in WA required a provider that had the ability to backup and support a company with sites and equipment spread throughout WA. With our fleet of calibration trucks and certified LOADRITE technician’s SITECH WA are able to maintain this extensive scope of work.
