Our Story

SITECH WA was established in 2009 and joined the ever-growing SITECH global distribution network. Our previous years of experience trading as HL Solutions were the bedrock foundation for SITECH WA.

With the experience and knowledge already within the business, SITECH WA quickly grew into being the provider for major WA infrastructure projects such as SGA with the first two-way data to each machine and demonstrating our reputation for innovation and problem solving.

We have been partners and suppliers of technology on major road projects such as Forrest Highway, Millstream Road, Roe Highway, Mitchell Freeway and Indian Ocean Drive.

SITECH WA supplied remote accessed, innovative solutions for the Gorgon Gas project, one of WA’s major marine projects as well as multiple sea wall projects from Geographe Bay to Cape Preston to Cape Lambert, all up and down the Coast of WA.

Our ability to provide solutions and problem solve has seen us work on major mine sites throughout the state, adapting machine control systems to provide bespoke solutions on an array of machinery. From fitting Trimble dual GPS and automating FMG’s massive Wirtgen 4200 terrain levellers, to fitting out BHPIO Exploration team with the latest Over The Air exploration plan updates and capturing all the as built data, with Trimble Guidex and Virtual Superintendent.

Since inception we have grown to become Western Australia’s premier mining, marine & construction technology solutions provider, employing over 50 staff.

Our sister company, SmartTech Australia, was born from a desire to take SITECH WA’s expertise and knowledge to deliver outstanding service and class-leading technology solutions to the rest of Australia.

In just a few short years, SmartTech Australia has grown to be the national dealer for Loadrite payload systems and represents a growing number of manufacturers from around the world, providing customers from varied industries first class services.
