If you are unhappy with the product you received:

  1. The Customer must notify Sitech of any non-compliance with the goods in writing within five (5) business days of delivery / Pick-up
  2.  If Sitech does not receive a notice within the time required, the Customer is deemed to have accepted the Goods
  3. If Sitech receives a written notice from the Customer within the time required the Customer may reject and return them (at Customer’s cost) to Sitech’s premises at 1/8 Hasler Road, Osborne Park WA 6017.
  4. To receive a refund for Goods that are new and returned, the relevant Good must be in a good saleable condition (except to the extent that any damage was caused by Sitech), in its original packaging, without an expired shelf life (if applicable) and with the original invoice; and
  5. If the conditions in clause 4 above are satisfied, the Customer will be entitled to receive the following credit for the new Goods purchased:
    (a) if the Good is returned within twenty-eight (28) days of delivery, the Customer is entitled to receive a credit for the full Price of the Good;
    (b) if returned after twenty-eight (28) days but on or before forty-two (42) days after delivery, a credit for the full Price less a restocking fee of 15% of the Price; and
    (c) if the Good is returned after forty-two (42) days of delivery, Sitech will determine a reasonable credit and the terms applicable and as a minimum apply the restocking fee under clause.

If you ordered the wrong item:

  1. The Customer must notify Sitech in writing within five (5) business days of delivery / Pick-up
  2.  If Sitech does not receive a notice within the time required, the Customer is deemed to have accepted the Goods
  3. If Sitech receives a written notice from the Customer within the time required the Customer may return them (at Customer’s cost) to Sitech’s premises at 1/8 Hasler Road, Osborne Park WA 6017 in exchange for the correct goods to the value of the goods invoiced. Any  difference in pricing will be invoiced/credited to the customer.

If you receive faulty or damaged goods:

  1. The Customer must notify Sitech of the fault/damage within a reasonable period from date of purchase.
  2. Sitech will then determine if the goods are to be returned.

If the fault or damage to the goods is deemed to be caused by abuse or misuse no refund or replacement will be offered. If the fault or damage is from factory or transit a replacement item will be issued.
