Our technicians are factory trained and certified with many years of experience. We hold a considerable number of parts which allows for a fast turnaround on service and repair jobs and hold the highest obtainable certification from our manufacturer partner.
With a dedicated support team standing by, help is only a phone call away. Our support team is there to get you back up and running as soon as possible. With most systems now allowing remote access, our team can log into devices remotely and in most cases determine the fault or problem without having to visit the site – saving valuable time getting you back to work.

Plus, our bench service offers 3 months labour warranty and 12 months parts warranty for extra piece of mind.

Our team of fully trained Field Services Technicians provisioned with site-accredited four-wheel drive service vehicles complete with tools and spare parts can visit our customers sites to:
